Elfin shape
Shook me
Touched me
Stayed on my mind
Almond faced
Dusky
Star of Venus
On the cup of
Her shoulder
Pointed mind
All over the art of
Pretty café-women
She’s everywhere
A colour splash of lemon
Another of vermilion
Again in French-blue
And swift emerald
On a bed of violets.
