AZZA

‚Once my cares were far

Away

Yes.

Once my cares were far

Away

Now my love has gone

From me

And misery is in my heart

To stay.

Ana’s children song came

To her mind instantly

As Z stayed with her

His head buried in her

Warm lap.

Once a wondrous feeling

Of lying in the lap of

Paradise’s forecourt.

He has been eaten up by

Her Lotus-eater’s sensual

Excitement – sweet Anne –

Not happened to her for

The last seventeen years

Of married life.

Out of the artistic scene

AZZA-Isle emerged

Born from the foam of

The Med

Confirmed as poets with

Exchanges of their white

Blood

Great expectations for

Poetry.

For the arts

Began to take shape

In her lover’s mind and

Heart.
