SOUL

At an instant the poet felt

That she had cornered him

Into the whirlpool of her

Feelings for him.

The waters bubbled and rolled

Like intimate touches

Along his entire body.

Stretching and sighing she

Approached him like a

Golden Siren.

Close to him she put her tail

Up high: Scorpio woman.

Ready to sting her victim

She had hypnotized.

Suddenly the waters were

Still

Through the clear view

To the white ground

There was the flash of a

Fight

Between the poet’s angel

And the woman turned

Into a hairy spider.

Drowning. Drowning.

The poet embraced his

Angel and felt light as a

Feather

Floating upon still waters

Of his soul.
